Key, Duties and Responsibilities

Secure building when facilities are not in use.

Assist with the setup of facilities for meetings, classrooms, events and conferences.

Move furniture, equipment, supplies and tools on an incidental basis,

General maintenance repairs and leakages

Supervise cleaners, Security Guards and Custodians.

Account for facilities and equipment under his/her care.

Supply materials and equipment for use.

And any other related duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

Required Qualifications

At least a Diploma from a recognized institution.

Experience

Three (3) years relevant experience

Skills/Competences

Ability to work long hours

Integrity

Withstand Pressure

Customer care

Time Management

Good Listener

Tenure of Appointment Four (4) year contract

Age Limit Applicants should not exceed 40 years of age on the date indicated as the deadline for submission of applications.
