Key, Duties and Responsibilities Provide Secretarial Services
Receive and attend to all incoming and outgoing mails
Receive and answer all telephone calls
Maintain the filing system in the Unit
Supervise the cleaning and arrangement of the Unit
Provide custody of stationary and office equipment for the office
Supervise support staff
And any other related duties as assigned by the Supervisor
Required Qualifications
A Diploma in Secretarial Studies or Office Management from a recognized institution.
Other Essential Qualifications
UNEB Certificate stages I, II & III from a recognized institution.
Experience
Two (2) years relevant experience
Skills/Competences
Ability to handle clients in a courteous manner
A team player with a good interpersonal skills
Good Communication skills
Proficiency in using MS Office with a typing speed of at least 40wpm.
Time Management
Tenure of Appointment Four (4) year contract
Age Limit Applicants should not exceed 40 years of age on the date indicated as the deadline for submission of applications.
