Key, Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide Secretarial Services

  • Receive and attend to all incoming and outgoing mails

  • Receive and answer all telephone calls

  • Maintain the filing system in the Unit

  • Supervise the cleaning and arrangement of the Unit

  • Provide custody of stationary and office equipment for the office

  • Supervise support staff

  • And any other related duties as assigned by the Supervisor

    Required Qualifications

  • A Diploma in Secretarial Studies or Office Management from a recognized institution.

    Other Essential Qualifications

  • UNEB Certificate stages I, II & III from a recognized institution.


  • Two (2) years relevant experience


  • Ability to handle clients in a courteous manner

  • A team player with a good interpersonal skills

  • Good Communication skills

  • Proficiency in using MS Office with a typing speed of at least 40wpm.

  • Time Management

    Tenure of Appointment Four (4) year contract

    Age Limit Applicants should not exceed 40 years of age on the date indicated as the deadline for submission of applications.
