Job Purpose:

  • The purpose of the job is to increase the sales of our solutions through customer visits, proper reporting & close collaboration with the dealers. Loxea offer is about operating lease and fleet Management

    Main Responsibilities of the Job

    Operational Responsibilities

  • Collect market information from personal network and share them to update our database;

  • Collaborate efficiently with the Dealer Sales Representative (Toyota Kenya & DT Dobie);

  • Collect relevant data on competition & report;

  • Target customers in collaboration with the Dealers and participate in joint visits;

  • Obtain appointments with prospects & customers being in our target;

  • Visit prospects & customers to promote our offers, collect their needs, and report customer visits in the CRM;

  • Follow the offers by visiting the customers who previously asked for an offer;

  • Regular visits to customers and collect data on satisfaction and future needs;

  • Report on customer visits in a CRM;

  • Report on a weekly basis on Sales activities;

  • Present LOXEA offer and benefits to customers and them to switch from purchasing to OP Lease

  • Negotiate and close deals with the support of the Sales Manager and/or MD;

  • Update the Sales Manager and upload details on the CRM on the offer status during the negotiation period until the closing of the deal;

  • Negotiate and sign the contract with the support of the Sales Manager and/or Managing Director;

  • Build up the file for scoring purpose and follow up until the deal is accepted by Finance with the support of the Sales Manage and the Managing Director;

  • Present the LOXEA contract and benefits to the customer.

  • Meet customers for payment and follow up.

  • Be present at the delivery of the cars.

  • Collect needs from customer for contract
    modification and negotiate to reach a mutual agreement with the supplier of the Sales Manager and/or Managing Director;

  • Customer satisfaction surveys while visiting customers & reports.

  • Meet the customers before the end of the contract for renewal purpose.

    Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Degree in sales and marketing or other relevant field.

  • Minimum level of experience required to perform effectively in the role.

  • 3 years’ working experience in sales in the automotive industry.

  • Experience in Leasing solutions will be an added advantage.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications / computer literacy.

  • Driving Skills.

  • Product knowledge i.e. vehicle specifications, Basic mechanical knowledge.

  • Knowledge in professional standards.

  • Customer portfolio in the Corporate / B2B market.
