Job Description

  • Prepare and assemble official BOD meeting agenda and all supporting documentation nine; including finalize meeting minutes, maintain agenda history files, attendance records and database, as well as monitor and enforce deadlines for upcoming Board agenda items.

  • Oversee preparation of meetings, including scheduling, documentation preparation, agenda publishing, documenting meeting minutes and arranging refreshments.

  • Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar.

  • Monitor, screen, respond to, and distribute incoming correspondence including email communications.

  • Arrange and confirm travel accommodations for the Executives/BOD, submit travel requests, prepare travel vouchers and reimbursements.

  • Monitor department budgets and supply requisitions

  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

  • Assist in planning Company special events /ceremonies.

  • Provide service excellence through courteous, informed, accessible and professional engagement.

  • Provide legal expertise and support on legal issues relating to the functions, structures and activities of the organization and support management on issues pertaining to legal and regulatory framework.

  • Providing necessary support in the board secretarial function.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from a recognized institution.

  • MUST be a Certified Public Secretary (CPS) and has practiced law in a law firm for at least 3 years.

  • A mature and professional candidate.

  • Excellent Organizational skills, Communication skills, Interpersonal skills.

  • Attention to detail.
