Responsible for staff matters in the department.
Responsible for budget plan for the department.
Responsible for implementation of university policies and procedures in the division.
Ensure effective and efficient management of various functions of the department.
Any other duties assigned by immediate supervisor.
Academic / Professional Requirements
Master’s Degree in either public administration or business administration(MBA), Masters in human resources management or other equivalent qualification from recognized institution
Bachelor’s degree from recognized institution
Exemplary work performance
3 Years experience as a Senior Assistant Registrar Grade 13.
