Liquor store franchise requires an experienced Store Manager to effectively plan, control and monitor the performance of the department to ensure that they operate at an optimal level.

Responsibilities:

Manage Department targets and profitability of all service departments.

Manage Stock.

Manage targets and profitability.

Pricing and POS.

Manage Promotions.

Ensure that strict Hygiene & Housekeeping standards are maintained at all times.

Manage staff (Recruitment; day to day management, IR etc).

Ensure that Service Excellence is maintained at all times.

Open and close the store.

Requirements

4+ years’ experience in all aspects of day-to-day running and managing of a store specific to retail outlets (food and drink).

Ms Office suite and other ERP systems.

Industrial Relations/ HR experience.

Grade 12

Tertiary Qualification in retail management preferred.

Prepared to work long hours.
