  • The Marketing and Operations Assistant will work closely with the Head of operations to facilitate the requirements of the Production, Media, Administration, and communications requirements of the department.

    Educational Requirements:

  • Relevant Diploma of degree in B Admin or Marketing.

  • Marketing Experience.

  • Finance experience (beneficial not essential).

  • Excellent computer literacy is essential in MS Office suite.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Planning, organizing and strategizing of schedules and procedures to monitor, track and maintain efficiency within administration, production, media and communications.

  • Implementation of schedules and strategies.

  • Tracking and budgets.
