Experienced Retail Supervisor required to manage customer facing cashiers and packers to ensure the highest level of customer service whilst maintaining store operations and security; including cash management procedures.

Responsibilities:

Control the Front-End processes such as:

Ensure PLU accuracy and corrections thereof.

Maintain security.

Cash up process.

Control receipt and accuracy of various forms of payment.

Supervision and management of staff.

Enforcement of good hygiene and housekeeping of the shop.

Customer service.

Requirements:

2+ years’ experience as a cashier, ideally with some supervisory experience specific to retail outlets (food and drink).

Ms Office suite and other ERP systems.

Grade 12 with maths or accounting.

Prepared to work long hours.
