Requirements for the Accounts Administrator:

  • Grade 12 with Accounting background.

  • 1-2 years administrative skills or relevant work experience.

  • Excellent computer literacy is essential especially in MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel.

    Duties and Responsibilities of the Accounts Administrator:

  • Queries and Adjustments.

  • Payments and deposits, terms fee adjustments, refund processing, settlements, and discounts.

  • Update client information.

  • Administration and Handover Accounts.

  • Responsible for the operation of all accounting systems and records.

  • Responsible for cash Office.

  • Cash Receipts Processing – process of payments.

  • Banking Process – daily reports from ICAS, prepare banking.

  • Prepare journals and Refunds.

  • Issue Access cards, results slips and student cards.

  • Issue Statements.

  • Invoicing.
