Kisoro Baptist Association is Christ-centered Evangelical churches committed to fulfilling the great commission as mandated by our Lord Jesus Christ in Matthew 28:16-20. This is done in a holistic approach which includes Child development ministry.

It is upon this background that the Kisoro Baptist Association invites applications from born again professionals aged between 25-35 years for Ministry work.

Job Responsibilities:

Child Development Officers (Cdo) Sponsor Donor Relations And Cdo-Health

These persons will serves as advocates for children and their caregivers who
live in poverty and implements the day to day running of the project SDR and activities for the achievement of the sponsor child relationship outcomes.

They are Responsible for the social emotional development of the registered children and monitor child development

programs on center days in an accurate and uncompromising manner and for planning and execution of preventive and curative activities to equip the beneficiaries.

The Child Development Officer- home based program (CDO-HBP)

Interfaces mostry with home based beneficiaries 80%of the time doing this work is out of office carrying home visits. He/she will monitor the manner in which the interventions are impacting the beneficiaries on the day to day basis
