    scientific books and other materials.

  • The Bureau is looking for highly competent; results oriented and dedicated individuals of high integrity to fill the following positions:

    Senior Business Development Officer

    Duties and Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the Bureau ‘s corporate strategy development and its subsequent monitoring and evaluation for decision making.

  • Conduct the Annual Strategy Review including preparation of the mid-term review and periodical and special updates and reports for decision making.

  • Develop planning and strategy documents

  • Design, coordinate and implement monitoring and evaluation systems

  • Develop baseline data for decision making.

  • Ensure the quality monitoring and evaluation of related data to be collected throughout the strategic plan implementation.

  • Manage stakeholder strategic partnerships and engagements for revenue generation.

  • Achieve set sales revenue targets to improve the bottom line.

  • Liaise with the finance team, warehousing and logistics
    departments as appropriate.

  • Identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products and services.

    Job Specifications (Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills)

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Social sciences or its equivalent.

  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management or a relevant field.

  • Higher National Diploma or Diploma in Business Management, Social sciences or its equivalent.

  • Minimum eight (8) years of relevant work experience with at least four (4) years at a senior management/leadership position.

  • Member of a relevant professional organisation in good standing.

  • Problem solving, analytical, leadership, decision making, integrity, good communication, organisation and planning skills.

  • A good team player, maintains high work standards, reliable, easily adapts to new environments, pays attention to detail and self-motivated.
