  • Kenya Commerce Exchange Service Bureau Ltd is a 20 year old ICT company looking for an Accounts Assistant.

  • Initially the appointment will be on contract basis renewable annually.

    The Job Involves;

  • Sales Invoicing, Follow up of collections,

  • Processing Suppliers’ invoices as per supply contracts.

  • Preparing payment vouchers and maintaining Debtors & Creditor ledgers.

  • Record keeping of all Sales, Purchases, Income & Expenses.

  • Banking, Bank Reconciliation and Petty Cash management.

  • Liaising with outsourced accountants for tax returns and final accounts.

  • Assets Insurance and Maintenance etc.


  • The right person shall not be older than 26 years with minimum qualifications as under.

  • 12th Standard with above average score.

  • Diploma in Administration or Accountancy or any similar qualification.

  • Good knowledge of computer packages such as word, excel and power point.

  • Experience in the accounting department of similar organization for 2 or more years will be desirable.

  • Ability to work under pressure with specific targets.

  • Willing to learn new skills.

  • Available immediately.

  • Remuneration: Will be commensurate with qualification and experience.
