Key Responsibilities

  • Data entry into laboratory information management system.

  • Sample reception and archiving.

  • Recruitment and enrolment of study participants.

  • Maintain detailed documentation of study and laboratory activities.

  • Generate reports and summaries.

  • Conduct laboratory testing for pathogen identification.

  • Apply genome sequencing technologies.

  • Perform basic data analysis.

  • Administer informed consent, questionnaires, and case report forms.

  • Maintain Quality Management Systems.

    Vacancy Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in any Biomedical Sciences from a recognised institution (Mandatory).

  • Excellent communication skills (Mandatory).

  • Goal‑oriented, dynamic, passionate, and self‑starter (Mandatory).

  • Person of integrity (Mandatory).

  • Strong analytical skills (Mandatory).

  • Computer literate (Mandatory).

  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills (Mandatory).

  • Fluent in English and Swahili, both spoken and written (Mandatory).
