KEMRI Pharmaceutical Technologist - Kisii and Kisumu Jobs in Kenya
Key Responsibilities
Record morning and afternoon Investigational Product (IP) room temperatures.
Ship IPs as requested.
Receive and store IPs in the designated IP room.
Ensure proper tracking of all IPs.
Respond to queries regarding IPs.
Complete all necessary documentation.
Liaise with site study staff in relation to IPs.
Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock‑taking of IPs.
Dispense IPs to study participants.
Attend regular departmental meetings and CMEs.
Provide instructions to participants on IP usage.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Vacancy Requirements
Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognised institution (Mandatory).
Experience in research and clinical trials (Added Advantage).
Good communication skills and responsiveness to emails and phone calls (Mandatory).
Computer literate (Mandatory).
Detail‑oriented (Mandatory).
Registered with the Pharmacy and Poisons Board (Mandatory).
