KCB Bank Kenya Relationship Manager, Trustee Services Jobs;The Relationship Manager – Trustee Services will grow the Bank’s market share in corporate trustee services while ensuring compliance, risk mitigation, and delivery of financial and business growth targets.
The role requires strong expertise in capital markets, collective investment schemes, and trustee services, combined with relationship management and business development skills.

Key Responsibilities

Grow the Bank’s market share in corporate trustee services.

Ensure assigned financial and business growth targets are achieved.

Undertake compliance reviews for all schemes under management in line with the CMA Act and Regulations.

Resolve all compliance matters identified from reviews.

Manage and mitigate risks associated with corporate trustee services.

Implement corporate trustee services strategy in line with KCB’s overall strategy and policies.

Provide a knowledgeable and service‑focused point of contact for new and existing clients.

Attend client meetings and annual general meetings, making presentations as appropriate.

Convene quarterly corporate trustee meetings and undertake compliance reviews.

Job Requirements

Minimum of six (6) years’ work experience.

At least 4 years’ experience in the capital markets industry, with expertise in collective investment schemes management, investments, and trustee services.

Minimum 3 years in Relationship Management.

Minimum 3 years in Business Development.

Minimum 3 years in Risk & Compliance.
