Kantar is looking for an individual with excellent analytical and critique skills who is able to build strong relationships with both the leadership, finance and the operational team.

Our public colleagues provide the evidence needed for successful decision-making in government and the public sector. They have expertise in public policy formulation and evaluation, public opinion and voting intention studies, national statistics and longitudinal studies, plus consulting and advisory services in behaviour change, public communications and policy design.


  • Initial review of RFP from perspective of terms and conditions related to project financials and related clauses (support to KP WECA CEO)
  • Support Client servicing team on project profitability at proposal stage (review and approval of costing and pricing ahead of final submission).
  • End to end interface for Client Servicing team with Finance team i.e. entire project cycle-Opportunity creation to job closure
  • Expense control management of all jobs across WECA:
  • Systematic review of costs
  • Approval of expenses
  • Cost efficiencies identification
  • Implement corresponding corrective actions during job execution
  • Flag and explain any overruns
  • Management to SOW agreement – any changes to be priced accordingly with client or approved internally
  • Variance analysis
  • Accrued-deferred and Debtors Management: provide regular reports to CEO and CS across WECA and follow up
  • Monthly Reporting-Team performance review/ Leader’s report/Win Loss Report/any other customized reports
  • Business analysis
    of projects and proposals
  • Continuous compliance with key client requirements such as financial audits, internal policy audits.


  • Tertiary education, preferably a degree (B. Com, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance).
  • Very strong knowledge in Excel,Word, Sharepoint and MicroSoft Teams, an added advantage if you have advanced Excel/Word experience & skills.
  • Must have a minimum of 3 - 5 years working experience having previously operated in a service orientated business, preferably in the NGO space
  • High integrity and keen eye for accuracy.
  • Ability to work in deadline driven pressurised environment.
  • Lateral thinker who can spot connections from a variety of sources.
  • Strong ability to work independently and manage own time.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills in English.
  • Confident in communicating at all levels.
