Kama Kazi Administrator Jobs in KenyaKey Responsibilities: Ensuring procurement of stock items is done smoothly, conduct stock takes and advise on desirable stock items to be ordered.
Checking internal requisitions for stock items.
Raising Purchase orders
Maintaining Accounts payable ledger
Ensuring all necessary licenses or permits are renewed promptly
Prepare and organize all documents for payments
Raising of cheques, handle bank and cash online payments
Correspondence with bank and lawyers
Reconciliations of GL accounts as delegated
Filing of admin documents, contracts, supplier invoices
Assist some HR functions
Any other duties as may be delegated from time to time
Qualifications & Experience:
A degree in Business Administration/Finance/Accounting/ and CPA part II.
Minimum 6 years’ experience in Admin and Accounting background with relevant job responsibilities as listed
Ideal candidate Must have accounting knowledge & ability to work with a software
Knowledge of working with Xero/QuickBooks
Focused, has a keen eye on detail
Deligent with numbers
