Responsibilities

  • Monitoring member access and overrides.
    Managing a team.
  • Training new or Receptionists.
  • Reception stock control
  • Resolving member complaints and queries.
  • Communication with members and staff (greeting and making members feel welcome).
  • Managing payments and other financial duties.
  • Assisting with Club Administration when necessary.
