Jamii Telecommunications Regional Sales Team Leader - Mombasa Jobs in Kenya;The Regional Sales Team Leader will drive sales growth and market expansion in the Mombasa region. The role involves leading and motivating sales agents, managing customer relationships, and ensuring achievement of business targets while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share.

  • Prepare and implement sales action plans to meet quality and customer service standards.

  • Ensure optimal coverage of the region through detailed sales planning.

    Team Leadership

  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales agents.

  • Handle customer complaints and enquiries professionally.

  • Communicate technology solutions effectively to customers.

    Customer & Market Development

  • Maintain and expand customer base, building rapport with key clients.

  • Identify new customer opportunities and product/service improvements.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and recommend system improvements.

    Performance & Partnerships

  • Achieve annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets.

  • Develop and support new and existing business and technical partnerships.

  • Create, follow up, and develop new sales opportunities.

    Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or BBIT.

    Experience & Competencies

  • 5–6 years’ direct sales experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading successful teams.

  • Relevant background in the telecommunications industry.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.

  • Strong strategic thinking and planning abilities.
