  • We are inviting suitable candidates to join our organisation to fill in the following positions: Office Receptionist

    Responsibilities

  • Meeting and greeting customers.

  • Booking Meetings.

  • Arranging couriers .

  • Keeping the reception area tidy.

  • Answering and forwarding phone calls.

  • Maintaining records of product movement through the reception.

    Qualifications

  • Must be proficient with Microsoft office.

  • Previous work experience as an office receptionist for a minimum period of 2 year.

  • Friendly and polite.

  • Efficient.

  • Self-motivated.

  • Strong inter personal and communicating skills.
