Responsibilities

Manages sales & expense budget for an IFA team against set targets.

Responsible for distribution strategy of products within the country.

Accountable for local marketing.

Identifies & creates coordinated sales opportunities.

Build relationships, networks with external stakeholders, potential alliances, and clients.

Ensures delivery of customer value.

Manages, develops, appoints & trains IFAs ( Independent Agents, Brokers $ Agencies)

Responsible for the external relationship management with key stakeholders.

Establishes and maintains relationships with internal stakeholders.

Manages daily operational (client service and or administrative) delivery within the specific functional area

Creates a climate for optimal performance.

Gather market intelligence on competitor activity and advise the business on opportunities and threats

Skills and Competencies

Ability to deliver results when objectives are set

Excellent relationship management skills

High level of initiative and self-motivation

Task and time management proficiency

Good communications skills

Resilience to cope with pressure of working in a changing customer expectations environment

Integrity and ethical values

Knowledge of insurance market and business awareness

Good assessment and analytical skills.

Experience

Strong sales and marketing background

Experience handling Life insurance is a Must

Experience in the insurance brokerage sector is added advantage
