Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Business Management, Transport & Logistics, Social Sciences, or equivalent.

Membership to a relevant professional body in good standing (where applicable).

Proficiency in computer application skills.

Demonstrated results in work performance.

Experience

Cumulative service period of 6 years in relevant work.

Minimum 3 years at Administration Officer I grade or comparable position.

Job Field

Administration / Facilities / Corporate Services.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise management of administration function, transport, asset maintenance, office buildings, facilities, records, staff travel, and office security.

Supervise provision of adequate office equipment and supplies.

Maintain and update furniture and equipment inventory.

Maintain records of Commission’s assets, logbooks, and insurance covers.

Supervise telephone, registry, and fleet management.

Allocate office space.

Supervise cleaning services in the Commission.

Implement administrative policies in security, records management, and transport.

Undertake surveys to ensure adequate provision of office equipment and supplies.

Receive and handle staff requests for transport services and office accommodation.
