  • We are seeking an individual who is dynamic and passionate about delivering results to join our Human Resource team.

    Job Summary:

  • To develop strategies relating to all HR policies, procedures and quality standards to ensure continuous improvement and regulatory compliance.

    Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.

  • Maintain digital and electronic records of employees.

  • Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, assisting in the interview process, performing reference checks, and issuing employment contracts.

  • Maintain calendars of the HR management team.

  • Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.

  • Coordinate training sessions and seminars.

  • Assist to execute employee orientation and update records.

  • Assist in updating job requirements and descriptions for all positions

  • Assist in updating and maintain company policies and procedures

  • Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.

  • Assist to arrange and schedule for all employee travel logistics and accommodation.

  • Assist to handle all in-coming and out-going company communication.

  • Supervise the administration operations with respect to cleanliness, procurement etc.

  • Ensure efficient use of company assets and resources and their security

  • Ensure timely reports on incidences within the company

  • Provide administrative support where needed

  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Management from time to time.

    Person Specification

  • 3-5 years working experience 2
    of which should be in a similar role.

  • Experience managing a chain of diverse employees will be an added advantage.

  • Knowledge of the Kenyan Labour laws.

    The candidate will be expected to:

  • Perform a variety of duties often changing from one task to another of a different nature without loss of efficiency or composure,

  • Accept responsibility for and in teams,

  • Relate to others in a manner that creates a sense of teamwork and co-operation,

  • Maintain effective communication with colleagues, both junior and senior,

  • Respond appropriately to environmental and safety hazards and function effectively in emergency situations,

  • Utilize company systems effectively to ensure economical use of equipment and supply

  • Be creative and innovative in minimizing costs,
