Human Capital Outsourcing Limited Operations Assistant Manager Jobs in Kenya; Provide administrative and operational support to ensure efficient execution of logistics, warehouse, field operations, fleet coordination, and reporting activities.
Maintain accurate operational records, coordinate communication between stakeholders, support compliance requirements, and contribute to operational efficiency across the supply chain.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and support smooth execution of daily operational activities across multiple sites.
Track stock movements and maintain accurate inventory records.
Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
Follow up on operational action items to ensure timely completion and accountability.
Facilitate effective communication between field teams, warehouse staff, and management.
Monitor material collection, transportation, processing, and final dispatch activities.
Maintain accurate operational records, documentation, and filing systems.
Update and validate operational data within ERP and reporting systems.
Track fleet utilization and monitor movement of company vehicles and equipment.
Manage asset allocation, handovers, transfers, and accountability documentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
Support implementation of occupational health, safety, and workplace compliance requirements.
Assist in preparing operational records and documentation for audits.
Liaise with internal departments and external service providers on operational matters.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and performance.
Skills & Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration,
or related field.
Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in operations, logistics, warehousing, or administration.
Experience in field‑based or multi‑site operations is an advantage.
Knowledge of ERP systems and operational reporting tools preferred.
Strong organisational and coordination skills.
Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
Strong report writing and documentation skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
Ability to analyse data and prepare operational reports.
Good understanding of inventory and logistics processes.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Strong time management and multitasking skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of ERP systems such as ERPNext is an added advantage.
