HR Intern Vacancy in NairobiJob Summary: We are looking for a HR Intern to perform various administrative tasks and support our HR department’s daily activities.
The ideal candidate must currently be residing in Nairobi.
Roles and Responsibilities
Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
Gather payroll data like leaves, working hours and bank accounts
Screen resumes and application forms
Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks
Prepare HR-related reports as needed
Address employee queries about benefits
Review and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copies
Participate in organizing company events and careers days
Bachelors’ Degree in HR
Must be a Registered member of IHRM
1-2 years’ work experience
Higher diploma in HR will be an added advantage
Excellent organizational skills
Strong communications skills
Good interpersonal skills
Strong ethics reliability and dependability
Confidentiality of information
