Hollywoodbets Food & Beverage Stock Controller Jobs in South Africa;The Food & Beverage Stock Controller will take accountability for receiving and issuing branch stock, managing back‑of‑house inventory, and ensuring accurate recording of front‑of‑house stock movements. The role involves storeroom management, reporting, and supporting customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Stock Management

  • Receive and issue F&B branch stock.

  • Manage back‑of‑house stock and declare wastages/breakages.

  • Ensure proper packaging, storage, and rotation of stock.

  • Record stock requisitions and reconcile daily.

  • Conduct daily stock counts and submit variance reports.

  • Monitor expiry dates and dispose of expired stock appropriately.

  • Place orders with suppliers and maintain accurate records.

  • Verify deliveries against orders and liaise with suppliers on anomalies.

  • Follow GRV process and submit documentation to F&B Manager.

  • Facilitate stock transfers between branches and record movements.

    Reporting & Administration

  • Capture stock on GAAP system and ensure reporting accuracy.

  • Submit daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.

  • Maintain records of issued, received, transferred, and wasted stock.

  • Complete voids on POS and attend to customer queries.

    Team & Store Management

  • Supervise store clerks and ensure stock control standards.

  • Manage portioning of stock into
    containers.

  • Ensure storeroom and shop floor are neat and organized.

  • Support ad‑hoc duties as required.

    Qualifications

  • Matric.

  • Valid driver’s license.

  • Experience in stock management.

  • Experience in F&B industry preferred.

    Skills & Competencies

  • Food & Beverage stock management and control.

  • Inventory reconciliation, variance, and waste management.

  • GRV processing, receiving, and issuing of stock.

  • GAAP system and POS administration.

  • Supplier coordination and delivery verification.

  • Strong planning, organizing, and time management skills.

  • Attention to detail, accountability, and problem‑solving ability.
