Health Service Commission Senior Hospital Administrator Jobs in Uganda


Qualifications:

  • A Bachelors Degree in Social Sciences or Arts or SWASA or Business Administration and Management Science from a recognized University or Institution.

  • Certificate of Administrative Law.

    Experience:

  • Must have served for at least three (3) years as Hospital Administrator.

    Other Requirements:

  • Should have management, counseling, communication and interpersonal skills.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Plan and budget for the hospital.

  • Accounting for allocated resources

  • Implement measures for proper maintenance of hospital equipment and infrastructure.

  • Requisition for necessary equipment and other supplies for the hospital.

  • Carry out public relations functions.

  • Maintain hospital infrastructure.

  • Put measures in place to ensure security of the hospital property and staff.

  • Maintain and update inventory for hospital facilities and properties.

  • Supervise, mentor and appraise staff.
