The Role
The Direct Sales Agent workd in the Retail Banking team and is taked with the primary responsibility of growing the Bank's customer base. He/ she is responsible for creating awareness of the Bank's products and services, meeting potential customers and closing sales as part of the new customer acquisition process. The Direct Sales Agent identifies opportunities to increase sales in the department and assists in the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies.
Qualification and Experience
• Advanced Diploma in sales and marketing/banking
• Bachelor's degree in sales and marketing or a business related field will be preferred
• Minimum of 2 years in sales experience within the financial services
Competencies & Skills
Ability to critically analyse financial data
Knowledge of banking operations , Products, processors and regulations
Excellent judgement and fact based decision making abilities
Ability to maintain composure under high pressure situations and deliver results in a timely manner
Excellent Written and verbal skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Extremely thorough with high attention to details
