Key Responsibilities

Contact potential customers through phone calls.

Explain company products and services professionally.

Follow up customer inquiries and pending orders.

Convert leads into successful sales.

Maintain proper customer and sales records.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Achieve assigned sales targets and performance goals.

Handle customer concerns professionally and respectfully.

Work closely with the sales and support team.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Sales, Business, or Marketing.

1–2 years’ experience in telesales or direct sales.

Strong communication and persuasion skills.

Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Background in mobile/electronics/FMCG distribution preferred.
