Key Responsibilities

Corporate Accounts

  • Prospect and close corporate accounts (companies, NGOs, schools, SACCOs, government).

  • Build and manage B2B pipeline from first contact to payment.

  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and financing options for corporate clients.

  • Negotiate and close deals, hand over to operations for fulfilment.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly B2B revenue targets.

    Strategic Partnerships & Brand Relations

  • Manage brand partnerships.

  • Onboard channel partners — dealers, agents, fleet managers, resellers.

  • Represent at trade events, brand activations, and industry forums.

  • Develop new revenue lines — device financing, insurance tie‑ups, trade‑in programmes.

    Market Intelligence & Strategy

  • Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and new product launches.

  • Submit monthly market intelligence reports to the Director.

  • Identify underserved markets and recommend expansion opportunities.

  • Analyse brand rebate structures and advise on volume targets.

    Team & Cross‑functional

  • Align with branch managers and telesales on B2B leads and referrals.

  • Collaborate with marketing on corporate campaigns and pitch decks.

  • Provide weekly pipeline and performance updates to the Director.

  • Ensure post‑sale satisfaction for new corporate clients.

    Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Sales, Business, or Marketing.

  • 5–7 years’ experience in B2B sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

  • Strong background in mobile/electronics/FMCG distribution preferred.

  • Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and presentation skills.

  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
