Garissa County Public Service Board Enrolled Nurse III Jobs in Kenya


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assessing patients and establishing healthcare needs.

  • Planning and implementing nursing care interventions.

  • Providing healthcare services including immunization, ante‑natal care, delivery, medication administration, and dispensing drugs.

  • Referring patients appropriately.

  • Evaluating healthcare outcomes and preparing reports.

  • Conducting school health assessments and preparing periodic reports.

  • Maintaining patient records and ensuring safe clinical environment.

  • Ensuring safe custody of patients’ belongings.

  • Conducting home visits and follow‑ups.

    Requirements for Appointment

  • Certificate in Nursing disciplines (Community Health, Midwifery, Psychiatric, etc.).

  • Registration Certificate from the Nursing Council of Kenya.

  • Valid practicing license.

  • Good professional standing with the Nursing Council of Kenya.

  • At least one (1) year experience in a busy hospital.
