Job Purpose We are looking for a talented, motivated, and high-performing Sales Executive to sell raw water (Untreated Water) in residential properties and other outlets. H/She will be responsible for prospecting new business, upselling, and cross-selling, as well as delivering results against a quota.
The ideal candidate will possess strong sales, interpersonal, and organizational skills. H/She should be comfortable with multitasking and be able to budget their resources in order to meet the assigned quotas for their role.
Our client is a distributor of a premium drinking water brand, with strong distribution networks across the country.
Responsibilities
Represent the company’s products and services, starting with a deep and comprehensive understanding and following with consumer research to identify how solutions meet needs
Meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas through the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies and tactics
Generate leads and build relationships planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales clients / outlets
Develop and implement territory action plan through comprehensive data analysis, and adjust sales techniques based on interactions and results in
the field
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Qualifications
Degree in sales, marketing or business-related field
Well-groomed and well-spoken with a strong database of clients
Minimum of 2 years’ sales and marketing experience in selling properties or insurance will be an added advantage.
Should have a proven ability to achieve and surpass sales targets
Must be able to work under minimal supervision, excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and networking skills.
