Job Introduction:

Inception Office Administrator

G4S Cash Solutions (SA), a leading provider of integrated cash management solutions, has a vacancy for a Inception Office Administrator based at our G4S Deposita operations in Midrand.

The main purpose of this key role is to effectively capture, load information into the system and to perform general administration services.

To ensure alignment of contractual obligations to customers and drive implementation company’s cash processing procedures in the most cost effective and efficient manner possible.

To continually review and improve branch profitability.

The successful incumbent is a self-starter with a proven track record in maintaining company policy, adopting best practices, and is able to exercise sound judgement in the pursuit of the achievement of the goals of the organisation, and understanding the role which Cash Processing plays within a successful business unit.

The incumbent will be expected to be results driven and to live the values of the organisation.

Role Responsibility:

  • Effective administration
  • Load information of new customers information on Pastel Cash Ops
  • Ensure that all changes to customer information is loaded
  • Ensure that
    all notifications are communicated in time
  • Create and load client cards as per SOP
  • Create and load CIT cards as per SOP
  • Compiling of welcome packs
  • Prepare documentation applicable to installations
  • Maintain Cash Ops as a super user
  • Effective SIM card processing
  • General administration
  • Health and Safety
  • Participate in the design/ development/ review/ implementation and monitoring of the branch/region/national safety plans for each year
  • Participate in safety forums created by company for example safety meetings and safety talks
  • Report all safety incidents to the relevant people
  • Discuss all safety incidents on all levels
  • Follow-up on any activities assigned through safety meeting/committee/representative/management
  • Attend safety education and refresher programs
  • Comply with safety policies and procedures at workplace
  • Distribute safety information as and when required

    Minimum Requirements
  • 2 administration experience

    Knowledge, Skills and Attributes
  • Knowledge of company standard operating procedures will be advantages
  • Good customer relations
  • Investigation abilities
  • Computer literate
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work under extreme challenging circumstances
