  • Currently, we are seeking to hire a Client Engagement Manager with high level of Communication skills, experiencing client’s need and with high problem solving skills in research, and consultancy experience and enthusiasm.

  • Join our team of energetic professionals that is committed to bringing change by solving clients’ pain through continuous satisfaction assessment and receiving the feedback from the client (Government Ministry, UN- Agencies, International Organizations and Development Organizations and various users).

    General Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage internal and external clients’ communication and provide timely project updates in collaboration with the project Managers/ Coordinators or other division members.

  • Make proper project follow up whether projects are completed within the approved budget and timeline.

  • Cross-check the outgoing out puts and deliverables are met the standard quality protocols of Frontieri.

  • Conduct or carry out the periodical satisfaction assessment surveys and analyze the assessment results and discuss with the team to take the lessons learned/ takeaways based the findings.

  • Ensure deliverables are submitted on time and Collect the project finances cash based on the contractual agreements that the firm is reached.

  • Forge partnership with international research and consulting firms to collaborate with Frontieri in data collection, Data Analysis and report write ups.

  • Develop innovative approaches such as new techniques as deems necessary to achieve the client satisfaction and retention.

  • Represent Frontieri at national and international workshops, meetings and conferences;

  • Prepare the proceeding
    notes, minutes and submit to the concerned teams/divisions

  • Arrange the meeting schedules with the client and internal staffs when the meeting is required,

  • Contribute for branding and re-branding efforts of Frontieri mission and vision.

  • Properly archive the documentation and dissemination of lessons learned.

  • Make sure our services are in the remarkable service excellence that ensures client satisfaction and establishment of a long lasting client relationship,

  • Ensure contractual agreements are properly administered

  • Prepare monthly plans and performance reports,

  • Ensure confidentiality of all reports, financial templates, protocols and proposals,

  • Make sure that organizational core values, policies and procedures are clearly understood and adhered to in the daily functioning, and

  • Handle all other activities as required by the immediate supervisor

    Job Requirements

  • PhD, MA/MSC in Business Management, Project Management, Marketing Management, Foreign Language, Business Administration, Law, Political Science and international Relations, Monitoring and Evaluation and related fields

  • Advanced skill and knowledge in communication and Business management in Research and Consultancy setting with advanced analytical skills (Excel, SPSS, and Project Management applications) are highly required.

  • Experience in working with Consultancy, and Research Setting especially in Survey and data related works are a plus.

  • Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.

    Experience (minimum requirement)

  • 7-10 years and above in relevant offices /projects/institutions for MSc/MA; 5 years for PhD

  • Regional and international experience is valued
