Duties and key responsibilities:

  • Adhere strictly to company pricing, offers, and discount strategies; always aiming to reduce investment levels in his/her section.

  • Be a master in persuasive selling and handling customer objections and endeavour always to respond to customer queries promptly.

  • Build distribution of all Company brands & SKUs (Stock Keeping Unit) in all outlets He/she covers.

  • Uphold the coverage plan while achieving the target.

  • Build goodwill with the trade and exert all effort to help the trade resell our products prior to their expiry date.

  • Contributing to the strategic and tactical brand plan development and implementation of marketing plans and briefs.

  • Aligning customer Marketing Plans aligned with brand and commercial objectives and account plans.

  • Attend all meetings as desired and to identify and record all action items, for follow-up and necessary action.

  • Working with various internal and external teams (e.g. Commercial team, Brand Ambassadors, PR agencies e.t.c) to gather competitive and consumer insights.

  • Conducting consumer research, competitive landscape scoping, as well as discussing with Brand Companies, and utilizing industry journals to inform the planning process for the assigned brand portfolio.


  • Bachelor or Diploma is sales and marketing or similar related field.

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in
    FMCG products specifically juicy, mineral water, milk, biscuits and snacks products.

  • Sense of business and strategic agility.

  • Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Word and Excel.

  • Strong leadership/management skills.

  • Strong Project Management skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent planning and organizing skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage and make best use of relationships at various levels.

  • Male candidates are encouraged to apply.
