Job Description

Key /Typical responsibilities

Distribute monthly warning letter ,contract paper every end of contract, salary increment letter, by going through greenhouse

Make registration of miss punch early in the morning and afternoon

Take time keeping and report weekly and reconcile with the group leader

Distribute salary slips

Assist salary payment every month

As required, distribute and collects contract leave, day off, and overtime forms

Arrange employee personal files

Open files for different documents and issues as may be instructed by his/her boss.

Provides information concerning employee by verify personal files when requested. File letters, documents, directives etc. of the organization.

Prepares index file for the personal files.

Ensures that necessary personal data are contained in the employee's file, if there is incomplete files report to his/her HR head
May perform any other job given by HR team.

Communications and working relationships

Internal: HR Manager, Assistant HR Manager and HR Team and Other departments

Educational Qualification and Experience

B.A. degree in Management, Business Administration and related fields

2 years of general HR experience.

Knowledge

Knowledge and good understanding of HR,

Skills Specific to the Post

Competent in use of word and excel

Ability to prioritize tasks and be able to deliver to tight deadlines

Ability to build relationships with others.
