  • The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a social media strategy across the group which has various business lines.

  • Growing the digital offering, you will source content by networking across the business at all levels.

  • Experience in social media Management tools like Hootsuite or others desired.

  • You will also be expected to develop relationships with wider digital and marketing functions, supporting where required on various projects.

    Essential requirements

  • Support online media planning and execution to time and budget on all retailer platforms – interfacing with external agencies sales team as required.

  • Support and influence the optimization of online shopper communications
    – messaging, visuals, imagery, descriptions and search word tagging.

  • Community management across social channels for all our brands both in and out of campaign, working closely with other teams

  • Support with organic social campaigns to drive brand awareness and conversion, sourcing content and assets with a hands-on mindset

  • Support with monthly analytics to report performance across digital activity

  • Support approach to CRM and delivering consumer email journeys across all services

  • Support tracking of digital shelf metrics to uncover gaps and opportunities to improve shopper experience, and availability on sites.

  • Lead the creation of our monthly Ecommerce Newsletter to communicate performance, activation highlights & key projects updates.

  • Support the creation and deployment of the monthly Online Scorecard.

    Job Requirements

    Qualifications

  • Proven experience of digital marketing in a B2C environment

  • Expertise developing a social media strategy and implementing

  • Production of bespoke, targeted content

  • Experience using social media management tools like Hootsuite or Sprout Social

  • Platform & channel management

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal (essential) with high attention to detail
