Flexi-Personnel Warehouse Assistants-Nakuru Jobs in Kenya




Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for monitoring feed stock levels and maintaining stocks at the correct level.

  • Deliver day‑old chicks and feed from the feed mill, hatchery, and warehouse to customers as per SOPs.

  • Attend to customers when required and maintain good customer relationships.

  • Comply with all relevant company SOPs, policies, statutory regulations, and expected company behaviours, implementing corrective action when required.

    Educational Background & Career Experience

    Mandatory:

  • At least two (2) years of experience in a relevant environment.

  • Diploma in Business Administration or related field.

    Desirable:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Accounting, or related field.

  • Three (3+) years of experience in a relevant environment.

    Core Competencies

  • Computer literate.

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Proficient in English (written and spoken).

  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
