FirstBank Pan‑African Graduate Trainee Programme for Young African Graduates;The FirstBank Pan‑African Graduate Trainee Programme is designed to attract talented young graduates across FirstBank’s African operations and build the next generation of banking leaders. Applications are now open for the 2026 intake.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Maximum age of 27 years by 30 June 2026.

  • Minimum of five (5) credits, including English and Mathematics, in the Senior Secondary Certificate Examination (SSCE).

  • University qualification: minimum of Second‑Class Honours (Lower Division) or HND (Upper Credit) in any discipline.

  • Completion of NYSC (Nigeria), NSS (Ghana), or NYSS (Sierra Leone) by 30 June 2026.

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.

  • Self‑driven and results‑oriented.
