Job Summary:
Responsible for keeping track of financial plans.
Analyzing clients’ business performance, alongside changes and market trends to create forecasts and calculate variances between those forecasts and actuals.
The role requires an individual with proven knowledge of various financial forecasting and corporate finance models.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Forecasting
Building financial models using historical data and providing forecasts based on various industry-related operating metrics.
Conducting Scenario Analysis based on macro and micro factors that will help in assessing risk.
Ensuring accurate modeling of allocated portfolios and developing new transaction models and enhancing the existing models.
Recommending and Implementing process for improvements to budget and prepare forecast for company.
Identifying the key financial and non-financial risks, recommending actions for mitigation of those risks.
Updating financial models during earnings seasons and following corporate actions.
Analyzing and identifying data requirements related derivation rules and model tracking.
Data Analysis
Capital Structure Analysis.
Comparable Company Analysis
Key Requirements
Previous experience in as a Business/Finance Analyst
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs
High proficiency in financial modeling techniques
Strong proficiency in MS Excel
BA, BS, or B.Com degree required – Accounting/Finance/Economics
Strong analytical and data gathering skills
Good business acumen
