A vacancy exists for an Administrator. The main purpose of the position is to provide co-ordination, administrative and secretarial support to the Site.

Responsibilities

  • The Loading of all Gauteng business areas documentation on E-Service
  • Verification of Timebooks
  • Verification of weekly Time Books and Posting sheets
  • General office management and ordering of all stationary and supplies.
  • Filing of all admin and document control.
  • Leave administration and loading thereof.

    Requirements

  • Grade 12 and office management diploma will be beneficial.
  • Fully Bilingual
  • 3-5 years Administrative experience.
  • Extensive experience in FSS systems “E- Service / HR Portal”
  • Computer literacy in MS Office packages
  • Honest and hard Working
  • Pleasant and Engaging personality
  • Presentable and approachable
  • Drive for Results
  • Confident
  • Punctual
  • Good sense of urgency
  • Professional
