    Senior Manager in Strategy & Transformation

  • As a senior manager in our Strategy & Transformation team you will work across Business Consulting and EY Parthenon Strategy to win, define and lead end to end engagements. You will assemble teams to deliver each work stream, management the relationships with clients and guide the overall delivery of value to clients.

  • You will drive business development, leading discussions with clients and delivering market leading ideas and proposals to clients. You will likely champion a solution, guiding the development of thought leadership and methods. You will manage multiple high performing teams and lead the develop the careers of colleagues.

  • You will work closely with the team of partners that lead the Strategy & Transformation competency.

    Your Key Responsibilities

  • Assist leading organisations develop corporate or divisional strategies that accelerate growth and deliver long term value.

  • Define the roadmaps and strategic plans that will implement strategy.

  • Design, reinvent and innovate business models that will create long term value and disrupt markets.

  • Define and advise on the business model portfolios in which organisations should invest to create sustainable, long term value.

  • Design and build operating models.

  • Design, establish and operate innovation programs, including agile or lean approaches to developing new innovations in products, service, experiences or business models.

  • Lead and manage large scale cross functional projects and strategic transformations.

  • Analyze data and provide recommendations to client executives on strategic initiatives and transformations.

  • Enable the implementation of concepts, solutions and systems that have been defined through research, strategy, ideation and innovation.

  • Define and implement digital strategy that will transform client organisations and deliver additional value.

  • Drive business development, build and grow the pipeline.

  • Build client relationships and establish
    the team as a trusted advisor in the market place.

  • Collaborate across EY service lines to increase value for our clients, contributing to building a better working world.

    To qualify for the role you must have

  • Ability to build exceptional client relationships — our clients are at the centre of what we do. Through the delivery of Technology Transformation engagements, you will be responsible for managing key client relationships to make sure that we deliver quality and value.

  • Ability to think strategically and to solve complex problems. You will demonstrate strong critical thinking skills focused on developing solutions, creating logical arguments or analysis, assimilating largest amounts to complex information, identifying or anticipating issues or challenges.

  • Experience in managing transformation or innovation programs.

  • Ability to communicate, making complex systems and situations simple to understand. You’ll communication visually, verbally and in written reports.

  • Ability to manage projects –we help our client solve their complex technology challenges. You will need good project delivery skills to manage and deliver technology projects across our key clients.

  • Ability to learn new ideas and capabilities rapidly through self–driven learning and research. You’ll need to be able to assimilate new ideas and information rapidly, making sense of the world around you and at clients.

    Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Leadership capabilities that accept responsibility, build high performing teams, scales through appropriate delegation and teamwork, shares clear direction, gains support and commitment from others, provides openly learns from and accepts feedback from others whilst admitting mistakes in order to learn.

  • Knowlegde of leading innovation, transformation snd strategy frameworks or methods with practical experience in having developed or implemented projects using these frameworks.

  • Strong commercial awareness and proven ability to present technical information in a meaningful manner to key stakeholders.

  • Experience in strategy, innovation or transformation consulting.

  • Are intellectually curious and passionate about solving complex problems. We are looking for people who are purpose driven and ask better questions to seek better answers
