Excelon Limited Resort Supervisor Jobs in Kenya; Responsible for overseeing daily operations across guest services, food & beverage, and recreational facilities. Ensures smooth coordination between departments, maintains high service standards, and delivers exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience – Supervise front desk operations, handle guest concerns, and ensure personalized service.

Team Leadership – Manage and motivate staff, schedule shifts, and conduct training sessions.

Operations Oversight – Monitor maintenance and food service to maintain quality standards.

Financial Control – Assist in budgeting, track expenses, and optimize resource allocation.

Compliance & Safety – Ensure adherence to health, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Event Coordination – Support planning and execution of special events, conferences, and recreational activities.

Qualifications

Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.

2–5 years of supervisory experience in hospitality or resort operations.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

Knowledge of property management systems and hospitality software.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
