    Job Purpose

  • The purpose of the associate, central depository is to receives, validates and approves Pick-up Notices from Member Representatives;

  • enters Pick-up Notices into the System;

  • to distribute Delivery Notice and Clearing and Settlement Reports;

  • to receive and process Withdrawal Request Forms; co-ordinates pick-up penalty payments;

  • implements effective ways to monitor and evaluate members concerns and satisfactions.

    Duties and Responsibilities

  • Distributes, receives and validates delivery notice & enters delivery notice in to the application;

  • Collects & distributes net obligation report and Member Client Position report

  • Receives & processes expired WHR, Late Pickup & Withdrawal Penalty;

  • Provides monthly report on paid value of expired WHR, Late pickup & Withdrawal;

  • Distributes WHR expiry notification letter;

  • Serves as a liaison between CD and the Member Relations Unit, Trading Operation, Warehouse Operation and Clearing House Units;

  • Performs other related tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

    Job Requirements

  • BA\BSc Banking, Finance, and Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 2 years of relevant experience in customer service management, domestic banking operations, bank transaction processing or related areas
