The purpose of the associate, central depository is to receives, validates and approves Pick-up Notices from Member Representatives;
enters Pick-up Notices into the System;
to distribute Delivery Notice and Clearing and Settlement Reports;
to receive and process Withdrawal Request Forms; co-ordinates pick-up penalty payments;
implements effective ways to monitor and evaluate members concerns and satisfactions.
Duties and Responsibilities
Distributes, receives and validates delivery notice & enters delivery notice in to the application;
Collects & distributes net obligation report and Member Client Position report
Receives & processes expired WHR, Late Pickup & Withdrawal Penalty;
Provides monthly report on paid value of expired WHR, Late pickup & Withdrawal;
Distributes WHR expiry notification letter;
Serves as a liaison between CD and the Member Relations Unit, Trading Operation, Warehouse Operation and Clearing House Units;
Performs other related tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
BA\BSc Banking, Finance, and Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
2 years of relevant experience in customer service management, domestic banking operations, bank transaction processing or related areas
