Our client, EGM Securities Ltd East Africa have an excellent opportunity for a Client Support Manager to add value to clients/customers by providing a high level of support and service.
EGM has recently established and has the only Non-Dealing Online Forex and CFDs Brokerage License in Kenya and East Africa and through its group structure has a market presence and strong reputation in the corporate FX space.
The Client Support Manager is required to provide an exceptional level of service to all clients by identifying solutions to fit customer needs, assisting client queries and issues with accuracy, contacting and following up with clients to make sure their needs are met in a timely fashion.Deliver unparalleled customer service at all times, using excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with prospective and existing customers
Responsible for managing complex queries from all calibre of clients through targeted follow-ups and selling the benefits of the EGM service
Conflict resolution and acts as an escalation point for client queries to EGM support in Dubai.
Work closely with the Sales team (e.g. trade shows, events, entertaining and speaking)
Accurately and comprehensively record all information obtained on phone calls
Comply with all CMA, AML and Data protection, compliance regulations at all times
Actively collaborates with colleagues to contribute to the department and delivery of EGM strategic, business and operational plans
University degree/accreditation would be advantageous however not necessary
Financial market tertiary qualification would be advantageous however not necessary
Previous experience in FX is desired
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Experience speaking and developing relationships with high net worth individuals
Sound numerical skills with strong attention to detail
Sound computing skills, including MS word, Excel snd Outlook
Integrity, flexibility, reliability, and an excellent work ethics
Strong attention to detail and ability to perform multiple tasks with exceptional time management skills
Ability to work autonomously
Demonstrate leadership qualities and potential
