Domeo Resources International Mixologist Jobs in Nigeria;A luxury hospitality group in Abuja is seeking to recruit a Mixologist to create, prepare, and serve premium cocktails, mocktails, and specialty beverages. The successful candidate will combine creativity, beverage expertise, and exceptional customer service to deliver memorable guest experiences while maintaining operational efficiency and profitability.
Main Function
Responsible for crafting innovative cocktails and beverages that enhance guest satisfaction and uphold luxury hospitality standards.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, wines, and spirits according to luxury service standards.
Develop signature cocktails and seasonal beverage menus.
Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality.
Recommend beverages and food pairings based on guest preferences.
Deliver exceptional guest service and personalized beverage offerings.
Handle guest complaints and special requests professionally.
Collaborate with Food & Beverage Manager on menu development.
Research emerging beverage trends and introduce innovative concepts.
Monitor stock levels and conduct inventory checks.
Ensure proper storage and handling of beverages.
Minimize wastage through portion control and inventory management.
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area.
Ensure compliance with opening and closing procedures.
Monitor beverage costs and support profitability objectives.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
Train bartenders and bar staff on cocktail preparation and service.
Promote a culture of
excellence and continuous improvement.

Advanced mixology and cocktail creation skills.
Strong knowledge of wines, spirits, liqueurs, and premium beverages.

Experience / Qualification

Professional Mixology Certification highly desirable.
3–5 years’ experience as a Mixologist or Senior Bartender in luxury hospitality.
Strong knowledge of international cocktail techniques and beverage trends.
Experience with luxury hospitality service standards highly preferred.

Beverage sales and upselling performance.
Beverage cost percentage and wastage control.
Quality and consistency of beverage preparation.
