Domeo Resources International IT Manager Jobs in Nigeria;A luxury hospitality group in Abuja is seeking to recruit an IT Manager to oversee the hotel’s information technology infrastructure, systems, and digital operations. The successful candidate will ensure continuous availability, security, and efficiency of all technology systems supporting hotel operations, including PMS, POS, guest internet services, and security systems.

Responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and maintaining IT infrastructure and hospitality systems to ensure seamless hotel operations and superior guest experiences.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and communication systems.

Ensure optimal performance, availability, and reliability of IT systems.

Oversee PMS, POS, reservation systems, and hospitality applications.

Troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly.

Implement cybersecurity measures and disaster recovery procedures.

Provide technical support and manage IT help desk services.

Ensure reliable guest Wi‑Fi and digital experiences.

Maintain IT asset inventory and monitor software licensing.

Coordinate with vendors and manage IT projects.

Supervise IT staff and provide training.

Prepare and manage IT budgets.

Ensure compliance with IT policies and reporting standards.

Experience / Qualification

Bachelor’s degree or HND in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, or related discipline.

Professional certifications (CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft, ITIL, Cybersecurity) are an advantage.

4–8 years’ IT operations experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

Hospitality industry IT experience highly desirable.

Strong knowledge of PMS, POS, access control, CCTV, and network infrastructure systems.
