  • As a Learning and Development Administrator, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of training programs, process improvement and learning development. You will ensure that our employees are well equipped to meet the changing needs of their roles within the business by creating materials to support those requirements.


    • Developing e-learning modules (WBTs), assessments, performance support materials and interactive multimedia files using authoring tools if the client requirement is that of a multi media developer.

    • Scheduling events for learning administration.

    • Registering learners.

    • Conducting the event/session.

    • Resolve technical issues such as helping participants who are having trouble logging on or starting their video and/or audio broadcasts.

    • Distributing their contact information with participants prior to the first class session so they know who to contact.

    • If required set up a separate chat pod for your facilitator to use to communicate directly with you without interrupting the class.

    • Sharing enrolment list on daily/weekly basis with Facilitators.

    • Marking attendance and course completion.

    • Interacting with relevant stakeholders.

    • Capturing Feedback.

    • Recording the meeting.

    • Making the recording/s available for participants who missed the scheduled event /session.

    • Accurately and effectively created reports and data entry into the LMS (Learning Management System).

    • Administrative support to entire in training schedule.

    • Manage scheduling of all training and conference rooms.

    • Manage day to day operations of training teams.

    • Resolve and handle transactional and administrative issues relating to areas such as training scheduling, invites, managing multiple schedules
    at the same time etc.

    • Communicate resolution to callers with clarity via the telephone or e-mail.

    • Identify trends and high volume training requirements at times that may indicate corporate-wide issues; inform management as appropriate.

    • Provide balance and mediate differences between customer requests and corporate guidelines.

    • Coordinates internal speakers from various departments to conduct trainings when needed.

    • Set up Web-Ex sessions with the E-Learning Specialist.

    • Schedule internal and external presenters.

    • Ensures all materials are pro-actively managed and available prior to every training session.

    • Maintain service level agreements.


    • Any Bachelor's degree (business or technical discipline preferred).

    • Working knowledge of graphic/ multimedia designing – exposure to tools like Adobe Photoshop, Flash, After effects, etc.

    • Hands on experience on using languages like HTML5/XML or Webpage exposure.

    • Knowledge of Authoring tools such as Captivate, Articulate Storyline, and Lectora.

    • Good command over the English language.

    • Excellent written and spoken communication.
