  • As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers. You will answer questions, resolve problems and provide advice on our HR related queries. You should have excellent communication skills as well as the ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy in your work.

    Requirements

  • Maintains interactions with customer to ensure resolution of issues as quickly as possible.

  • Provides clear and concise information about the customer's issue or request.

  • Resolves customer service issues by contacting appropriate members of the organization.

  • May organize information and documents and prepare reports.

  • Resolve inquiries on associate pay, benefits, company policies and other HR related areas

  • Provide detailed documentation on each call using case management system

  • Actively listen to caller inquiry to ensure appropriate resolution

  • Utilize available resources (i.e. knowledgebase, HRMS system, company intranet) to determine the most accurate response to caller

  • Interpret policy and explain procedures

  • Coordinate with SME’s and escalate customer requirement and issues as per requirement.

  • Handle associate profile changes, i.e. address and tax changes, etc.

  • Handle Hire to Retire queries on an ongoing basis.

  • Respond to escalated issues from associates, HR professionals, and HR managers.

  • Additional task as
    assigned.

    Qualifications

  • Must have one year of experience working in a customer service role.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Must have experience with customer service, technical support, sales and/or computer repair.

  • Must be proficient in the use of computers, including MS Office products and internet technology.

  • Customer Service champion and the ability to model high levels of customer service.

  • Knowledge/understanding of Company policies across all business formats.

  • Excellent listening skills.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

  • Problem solving ability.

  • Ability to take escalation calls both inbound and outbound calls.

  • Ability to meet quality standards and customer service goals.
