Dimension Data Corporate Talent Acquisition Specialist Jobs in South Africa


  • This is a full-time position based in Cape Town office with flexible work from home arrangement. You will be responsible for the acquisition of new talent for our business, including all stages of recruitment from sourcing to hiring and onboarding. You'll be working closely with the HR team on both the selection and assessment processes as well as identifying candidate competencies that are relevant to us. Your work will often involve cold calling or making calls over email, talking to potential candidates face-to-face or online via Teams etc.

    Requirements

  • Assessing resumes and conducting interviews, maintaining an active database of qualified candidates as well as performing due diligence activities on each one.

  • Developing key business relationships that support the firm's recruitment needs, both internally and externally.

  • Directly responsible for posting job announcements, conducting job fairs, and representing the firm at different educational and networking events.

  • Manages the firm's internal recruiting database, creating applicant tracking systems, job postings, resume databases, spreadsheets, mailing lists, and other resources.

  • Analyzes and synthesizes job descriptions and resumes

  • Researches and identifies suitable organizations by conducting Internet searches on business names, industries, and current and upcoming technology trends.

  • Categorizes the results according to the skills and requirements of the key positions available.

  • Explores all potential approaches, including those that leverage direct candidate interaction with the client's internal workforce.

  • Prepares and writes reports for internal stakeholders and external
    clients on the strategic marketplace and trends within the client's industry.

  • Collaborates with others on the project to brainstorm about the best way to tackle a complex technological infrastructure, security, or development problem

  • Reviews various organizational procedures and projects to ensure they align with business processes.

  • Monitors how an organization is performing with its current technology investments and strategic objectives.

  • Identifies opportunities to leverage current technology assets and identify potential new assets.

  • Designs and implements solutions that empower the business with new technologies, applications, and business models.

  • Leverages analytics to drive execution plans, key performance indicators, and risk management.

    Qualifications

  • Must have at least 3 years of relevant experience and have a strong background in the field of recruitment and hiring.

  • Experience working with large companies preferred.

  • Must have strong oral and written communication skills.
